We even get you started with 400g of nuts,  but provide enough cultures to turn 3kg of nuts into delicious real cheese! Along with the nuts, cultures, mats, cloths and moulds, we’ve also popped in a detailed and clear recipe sheet to set you on the right track! Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
